Free Sheets Instructions

WHAT DO YOU DO HERE?

1.Look for your song(s) in the various categories: English, Kpop, Kdrama, Chinese, Anime, Video Games.

For some songs, there are different versions: Full (original key, more advanced level), Easier (less notes in chords, less big leaps in left hand), Transposed (easier key, less ‘black notes’),  Tablet (bigger notes and spacing, easier to read on tablets) Print (smaller notes and spacings, less pages).

2. Download pdf and MP3 files by clicking on the blue coloured links.

To view or print the sheets, you’ll need to have a pdf reader in your PC or tablet. Install one on your PC from here: http://get.adobe.com/reader. For tablets, visit the App/Play Store to find a suitable pdf reader (there are tons). Choose one which flips pages instead of scrolling them 😛

HOW DOES THE MUSIC SOUND? –

HOW HARD ARE THE SCORES? –

I tend to transcribe as close to the original music as possible (call it pianist envy hehe), so I’m afraid most of my scores vary from intermediate to advanced level. Few of them are for easy piano, except those specially marked so. If you are a relative beginner and are really keen to play, you can ask your teacher to simplify the scores for you or teach you to play by ear. Otherwise, you could request a paid transcription (refer to my Transcription Service below).

CAN’T FIND WHAT YOU WANT? –

new_blinking Check out my paid Transcription Service https://joycemusic1.com/transcription-service/ or put in a request in a comment. I’ll check out the song, but no promises on me covering it…too little time, too many beautiful songs out there :p

CAN’T READ NOTES? –

Some viewers have asked me to give them the letter-names (alphabets) of the notes. My scores are pretty complex, so I’m afraid that’s not possible without me actually sitting beside you with the score and a pencil 🙂  But you could try checking out How To Read Piano Sheets here: http://www.true-piano-lessons.com/piano-notes.html. The best advice I can give you, though, would be to sign up for some piano/keyboard lessons. It doesn’t take a teenager/adult long to learn to read music. Playing it smoothly and beautifully takes a lot more practice though…so there’s no substitute for hard work 🙂

  1. I’m interested to see how my 12 year old son Todd does with the See you again sheet music.
He taught himself that song (without the added middle part) by watching another tutorial. He has been playing for about 6 years. Some of his stuff is on my YouTube page. Just search alanrnmahler. I wanted to download his as he was asked to play at this years Middle school graduation and this may be the song that is chosen.
I’ll let you know when he finishes it.
    Thanks again
    Alan

  2. Joyce, you are an amazing piano player! Hace you considered covering Latin American music? For example Salsa, Son, Bolero, Tango, etc. Or maybe covering music from some Latin artists such as Carlos Vives, Marc Anthony, Juanes or Shakira, among many others? Thanks for your music!

  3. Hi Joyce! May I know what piano model are you using?

  4. Can you consider covering Butterfly-BTS? I can’t seem to find anything that I really like, where some might just be too simple, and I always like the arrangements that you do. Even if you don’t, your covers are amazing!

  5. i’m not able to understand.. how to download music sheets? can you please help me out..??

    • Just go to joycemusic1.com/downloads/
Click on the blue colored pdf link. Your pc or phone will download the pdf straight away. If it doesn’t, check if your pc or phone has a pdf reader (Adobe reader is good). If not, go online and download one (it’s free).

  6. Hi, Joyce. Your covers are amazing, I could listen to them all day. I just want to know how long does it take for you to perfect a cover? For example “Sam Smith – Writing’s on the wall”?

    • It takes me a few days to write the score, practise it (while fine-tuning the arrangement), record, then upload it. I wish I could just play it by ear, but my memory is so poor, I would forget all the lovely details in a jiffy!

  7. OMG! Finally someone with an amazing piano sheet music that is free 🙂 Free But AmazeBalls ❤ Love me like you – Little Mix next please?

  8. Ya ya! Do big bang – if you. Its such an amazing song. Really appeciate if u could do that song.

  9. Can u please do big bang -if you. Pleaseeee.

  10. Thank you so much for your beautiful covers! <33 Would you mind taking a look at Remember by VIXX LR? Fell in love with Beautiful Liar~ thank you again Joyce!
