Skyrim main theme – Dragonborn (Easy Version)

There are so many piano covers for Dragonborn that are a little too difficult for casual pianists. So I have arranged a version that is pretty easy but still sounds quite impressive. Hope you think so too 😛

  1. Hey, this is my first time in this site I would like to know where can I find sheet music for the electric bass, I’ve been searching for days, and yet I have no result, I would appreciate the help.

  2. Thank you so much for this! I’m a more advanced player (well, not very good but not an beginner :D) so I made my own arrangement of this using the melody and chords. I’m 14, so still in a growing age and I’m very thankful that my hands had grown enough to play the chorus in octaves fairly easily 😀 But again, thanks very much for this! 🙂 This was the only arrangement I found with chords.

  3. Hi, I don’t know if this is the right place to ask this question, but I was wondering if you could listen to Dearly Beloved from Kingdom Hearts. and possibly do an easy version. i understand its a lot to ask but if you have time it would be wonderful if you could do that.

here is a link to the song: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g25QXnhVijQ

  4. Hello Joyce,
I’m not a piano player, but I play the harp. It can be very hard to find sheet music online for the harp, even for popular themes, and most piano covers posted online are not really suitable for the instrument either. This one however seems to be very suitable, so I must thank you dearly for it. I love the Elder Scrolls, so being able to play this is a delight. I may have played it for like 10 years, but I do not practice enough to be able to write down the notes just by hearing the music once or twice. Thank you very much, I’ll start practising it right away!
    Kind regards,
    Tália

    1. PS. I listen to the music over and over again (hundreds of times in all) in tiny sections and write it down (on my laptop) using Musescore. That’s why most of my scores are as much like the originals as I can play on the piano 🙂 Dragonborn is one of the few that I simplified specifically to be easily played even by beginners. You can try simplifying my Skyrim scores for the harp. Just choose the notes that you CAN play 😉

  5. Hi Joyce, this is Heath Vercher. I’m a piano instructor here in the U.S. I have to say that your arrangement of the Dragonborn theme is excellent for my beginning students. Everything is well arranged, the main themes are all there, and it’s an excellent study in 6/8 rhythm. Not to mention we can’t get enough of Skyrim. Thanks so much for the great arrangement!

    1. Hello Heath, so pleased to ‘meet you’! Your comment means a lot to me, especially because it’s specific, and comes from a fellow music educator. Thank you so much! I hope you will visit again for more scores your pupils might enjoy 🙂

      1. Hi Joyce! I meant to come back earlier and tell you, the Skyrim theme was such a huge hit that I’ve got 3 or 4 students playing it. We’ve even started using multiple keyboards so we can add strings and other instruments to our arrangements. If I can, I’ll try and get some video of us doing your arrangement so we can send it to you.
