Fan Mail

I love receiving and responding to fan mail and since putting up my first cover in July 2012, have received many which i have treasured and have been much encouraged by them. I thank you all so very much for your praise, appreciation, suggestions, requests and support.

I thought it would be nice to share some of my favourite emails and comments here on the website. Of course I’ll keep all names anonymous, unless I’m given specific permission to reveal them. If you see your comment here and would rather it remain between the two of us, please let me know… I would totally understand and remove it without hesitation ok?

  1. Dear Joyce: Found your site while looking up Let it Go on utube for my 6 yr. old piano student. Your transcriptions are beautifully done and very playable. We appreciate that you are making these pieces available to us, and today I am learning to play 2 of the Chinese pieces and You’re My Spring. I will show them to some other piano teachers here in Canada.

    1. So pleased to hear that! Thanks for your support and recommendations 🙂 I plan to make a Beginner version of Let It Go sometime next week. Not sure whether do make a synthesia tutorial or a live recording. What would your opinion on that be…which do you think would help your students better?

  6. I loved you version of do you want to build a snowman and let it go!! They were absolutely beautiful. I wish i could read sheet music i might even take up piano classes again just to learn to play those two. or maybe you could make a tutorial hahaha. Anyways great job!!!1

  8. I absolutely looove your arrangement for “Let it Go,” I will definitely be looking forward to learning it in my spare time. When I accompany a vocalist I usually just download my music from musicnotes and then improvise, but now that I have discovered you I am thrilled. Don’t be surprised if you get an email from me requesting piano sheet music for a specific song. You are talented, thanks for sharing your talent with us!!

Your piano covers are all perfect and I’d real love to cry for all your transcriptions 🙂 They’re really heartfelt and the movement of your hands is really graceful 🙂 Thank you so much for giving out free piano sheets and exerting great effort in doing piano covers 🙂 I hope you won’t stop this amazing feat.     P.S. Please have a listen on Infinite’s (kpop group) “going to you” and “inception” 🙂 They’re really good songs and I hope you could consider making youtube covers for them 🙂 Thank you again and please remember how great your hands are and how you’re able to amuse all of us 🙂
